Bizou Surprise will collect and store the following information for any of the following scenarios:

- When joining any of our Bizou Loyalty/ Reward programs, newsletter & coupons (your name, phone number, email address, billing address and QR codes).

- When you register on our website (your name, phone number, billing address, payment card information)

- When placing/ making a purchase online

- When submitting product or use interactive services 

- When entering promotional program/offers

- When engaging with any of pur Bizou Surprise, Bizou or Bizousurprise.com social media / mobile / data platforms

- When engaging with Bizou Surprise's / Bizousurprise.com chat sessions

- We collect personal information with the purpose to provide information about our products, services & promotions.

- We often collect your personal information directly from you, however, we may collect your personal information through other sources that are entitled to help us improve the quality of our services and help prevent at all cost or detect fraud / suspicious and fraudulent activity.

We do not intend to collect personal information from any individual under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may use any of our website, social media application & mobile / data platform ONLY with the supervision/ involvement & consent of a parent or guardian.

In addition to the above statement, we use cookies, web Beaconsfield and other similar technologies to collect information about your activities on our website/ mobile / data platforms to improve users' experiences.

Bizou Surprise uses primarily personal information to communicate with you about your account/profile, your shipping, orders, promotional offer and your loyalty/reward program. We will also use personal information to process your transaction, provide products, information and services as well as to establish and administer your account. We may also intend to use your Personal Information to communicate with you regarding your account and promotional offers.

When purchasing your item you may be asked to provide information for fraud prevention purposes.

We are committed to securing your personal information. Your information is maintained and stored in a secure server which is accessible only by the authorized employees. 1. Information collected via Technology

To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information, which may include: your name, phone number, billing address, payment card information & locations. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. For example, we store a persistent cookie to track email addresses, websites activities, purchases, transactions & locations.

2. Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service.
